Position: Digital & CRM Manager Location: Poland Reports To: Marketing DirectorOur customer is a fast growing international automotive company.Role Overview: We are seeking a Digital & CRM Manager to drive digital marketing initiatives, optimize performance through KPI analysis, and ensure seamless integration of CRM and IT solutions. The role will also collaborate with the dealer network to maintain brand consistency and support business objectives across the market.Key Responsibilities:Digital and CRM Strategy Management: Develop and execute digital and CRM strategies tailored to the market and brand needs.Digital Marketing Support: Lead and optimize online advertising campaigns, including paid media, SEO/SEM, social media, and e-commerce initiatives.KPI Analysis and Optimization: Monitor key performance indicators, prepare reports, and provide actionable recommendations for digital performance improvement.IT and CRM Solutions Support: Work closely with IT teams to integrate and optimize CRM systems, ensuring a seamless customer journey and data-driven personalization.Dealer Network Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with the dealer network, providing digital support and ensuring corporate standards are implemented.Cross-Functional Cooperation: Collaborate with international teams in an English-speaking environment to align on digital initiatives.Digital Project Management: Lead digital transformation projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.Personalized Marketing Communication: Design and implement personalized content strategies based on CRM insights and digital analytics.Required Qualifications and Skills:Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar role, ideally within the automotive or related industry, focusing on digital marketing and CRM.Industry Knowledge: Experience with automotive brands; premium or sports brand experience is a plus.Analytical Skills: Proficient in KPI analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI) with the ability to generate actionable insights.CRM Expertise: Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Dynamics 365) and their integration with digital platforms.Technical Proficiency: Understanding of IT technologies supporting digital marketing (API integrations, marketing automation, UX/UI optimization).Language Skills: Fluent English (C1) in spoken and written communication.Soft Skills: Strong teamwork, proactive approach, goal-oriented mindset, excellent communication and negotiation skills.Project Management: Knowledge of project management methodologies is an advantage.
