We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented trainee to support our dynamic digital team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience across various aspects of digital and ecommerce, from reporting to operating website administration and website campaign management. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, proactive, agile and comfortable working with numerous teams, including local, regional and HQ teams.ResponsibilitiesOperations & Logistics (35%): This role is vital for optimizing e-commerce operations, directly impacting KPIs e.g. order fulfillment and clients satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing order processing and fulfillment (coordinating with CRC and logistics), inventory management (including GWP stock and defect stock), and process improvement initiatives across all operations, including ship-from-store support.Website Administration (30%): This role is a key person for maintaining and enhancing our online presence. Responsibilities include managing product catalogs and ensuring accurate, compelling website content (including PDPs, PLPs, and price updates), optimizing merchandising through A/B testing and Einstein tools, and collaborating with HQ and developers to resolve issues and implement improvements. The intern will contribute to a seamless and engaging clients experience.Campaign Management (25%): The role will support the execution of at least 8 marketing campaigns annually (5 seasonal, 3 collection), contributing to product assortment selection, landing page management, banner updates, and special giveaway initiatives. This involves close collaboration with HQ, Media & Marketing, and local eCom teams.Reporting (10%): This role will create and deliver insightful monthly performance reports and ad-hoc analyses of competitor and client data, supporting strategic initiatives.QualificationsCurrently pursuing or graduated with bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Business, Business Administration, or a related field.Organizational and time management skills.Highly responsible and able to work autonomously.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).Experience with eCom platforms (a plus).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.English language proficiency (reading and writing).
