Nexeo Belgium is a consultancy company that supports its clients in the banking, finance, and insurance sectors throughout all stages of their transformation projects — from business consulting to the implementation of IT solutions.As a consultant, you will have the opportunity to be part of Nexeo:International environment (offices in France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland & Canada)More than 450 employeesOver 20% growth each yearWe are currently looking for a Cash Customer Analyst for one of our clients in the Corporate Banking sector.Your responsibilities:Client Support & AnalysisHandle daily interactions with strategic corporate clients in your portfolio.Provide guidance and solutions for Belgian and international accounts on a variety of Cash Management products: payments, reporting, cash pooling, cards, and electronic applications.Analyse client data, identify recurring issues, and take proactive actions to solve them.Ensure high-quality service and contribute to the continuous improvement of client experience.Collaboration & CoordinationLiaise with internal departments both in Belgium and abroad to address client needs.Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure clear communication and efficient problem resolution.Keep up to date with products, tools, and industry developments to provide informed advice.Your profile:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.Client-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Structured, detail-oriented, and quality-minded.Excellent communication skills, diplomatic and proactive.Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with international teams.Proficient in MS Office.Languages:Strong command of French, Dutch, and English, both written and spoken.Join Nexeo Belgium and contribute to delivering high-quality Cash Management services to strategic corporate clients in an international environment.Apply now and grow with us!
