Digital Campaign & Content ManagerAs a Digital Campaign & Content Manager at SAS you will deliver high-impact, timely content that supports sales goals, improves user experience, and drives engagement across digital channels, in Scandinavian and international points of sales.Challenges You Will Work On Maintain and regularly update website and app revenue-driving content, banners, and campaign landing pages across all active markets Coordinate with key stakeholders (Marketing, Revenue Management, Network, Legal, Digital&IT etc.) to ensure digital content reflects business objectives, commercial priorities, and local compliance Align content and translations between web and app to ensure seamless experience and consistent content across channels Manage compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all markets, coordinating with relevant teams to ensure content meets local standards Collaborate with Marketing and Revenue Management to plan and negotiate campaign timelines and content sprints, ensuring alignment with sales targets and product availability Work closely with the Design team and Performance Manager to optimize content layout, visuals, and calls to action (CTAs) to drive user engagement and conversion Leverage campaign and site performance data to continuously refine content, layouts, and localized messaging for better commercial results Coordinate with Product Owners for both Web and App to ensure smooth execution of content updates and campaigns, especially during peak activity periods or major commercial pushes Collaborate with external SAS partners (both EuroBonus and retail media) to coordinate co-brand campaigns and contentTo be successful, we believe you have 5+ years of experience in digital content management, campaign coordination, or eCommerce Prior experience in an airline, travel, or international B2C industry is highly desirable Proven track record in planning and executing web/app campaigns to support sales and brand objectives Hands-on experience with Contentful (or other headless CMS) for managing multilingual, multi-market content Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders including Marketing, Revenue Management, Legal, Design, and Product Understanding of digital campaign timelines, merchandising, and the connection between content and sales performance Familiarity with international legal/compliance requirements related to marketing content Experience in performance analytics such as Google Analytics 4 tool Comfortable with project and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Miro Understanding of basic UX/UI principles and digital performance KPIs (e.g., CTR, CVR, bounce rate) Experience with A/B testing tools (e.g., Google Optimize, Optimizely) is a plus Flexible and quick to adapt in fast-changing environments Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to balance business goals, customer needs, and technical constraints Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbalAs a person you bring a positive, high-energy attitude with strong teamwork and well-developed soft skills. Takes full ownership of tasks and projects, showing determination and persistence — not accepting “no” as an answer when driving results.
