Metropolitan provides financial wellness solutions that meet the needs of low-income clients, including funeral insurance, health, savings, hospital cash-back cover, retirement solutions and life insurance.Visit us at: www.metropolitan.co.zaDisclaimer As an applicant, please verify the legitimacy of this job advert on our company career page.Role PurposeCreate and execute end-to-end, integrated marketing campaigns across all relevant channels, including digital, non-digital, social, paid media and events, to boost the sales pipeline, support retention initiatives and drive revenue growth.RequirementsDegree in Marketing or related qualification Post-graduate qualification in a related field 5 - 7 years experience in campaign management Exposure to the insurance industry Duties & ResponsibilitiesEnsures digital campaigns are trafficked effectively to achieve expected performance targets Ensures campaigns are set up correctly and call to actions match the content Proactively reviews and manages client data to ensure optimal performance on all campaigns Tracks and reports on campaign results, gathers data analysis and participates in weekly calls Oversees the campaigns' performance against key performance indicators Develops and maintains relationships with all affected teams to nurture performance growth Delivers accurate campaign setups and thorough testing Has high level knowledge of SEO, adwords, keywords Deploys site side tracking across multiple tag management solutions (e.g. GTM) Supports operational activities and drives excellence in customer service through accurate and consistent delivery and supplier operations Supports a culture of operational excellence in all client operations processes and activities. Ensure monthly reporting and insights sessions take place and that the actionable outcomes are implemented by specialists.
