We are now recruiting for an experienced and passionate Digital Capability Lead, who will lead and grow our digital advisory offering through thought-leadership and exceptional client engagement.You'll join us on our journey as we continue to expand our business into 2025 and beyond. This brand-new position is strategically placed to add value, build on our vision, and fuel our growth plans.This is a strategic role, helping to navigate complex business and technology decisions for large scale technology transformations. You will provide strategic vision and direction that optimises enterprise technologies, guides IT investments, and improves the efficiency of IT operations.While the successful candidate will have broad expertise across the Enterprise Architecture domains such as Infrastructure, Information, and Security, they will have specific and deep experience leading the development of IT Strategies and Applications Architecture. Key Responsibilities:Lead and grow our digital advisory offering through thought-leadership and exceptional client engagementCollaborate with our clients to support their transformation journeys in areas including IT Strategy, Application Architecture, Application Selection, and IT ManagementWork with clients at c-suite level to define IT Strategies and Technology Architectures that transform their organisationsLeverage our Transformation by Design methodology to lead the applications selection process on behalf of our clientsMonitor and evaluate new technologies to inform future enterprise architecture decisionsManage relationships with industry vendors and stakeholdersFoster innovation for our clients by integrating new and emerging technologies that provide competitive advantageCreate roadmaps to guide the progression of our client's technology and solutions over time, ensuring compliance with architecture principles and industry regulationsWork with our internal global team to enhance our own technology capabilities and tools (including AI, Data Analytics and Enterprise Architecture tools)Skills & Qualifications:At least 10 years' experience designing and implementing IT Strategies as Enterprise Architect or equivalent levelUniversity Degree in applied sciences like engineering, systems design, computer sciences, or related fieldsExtensive experience with Enterprise Architecture best practices, goals, and techniquesExperience developing and building enterprise framework models and graphical abstractionsExperienced in application selection and implementation in diverse and complex environmentsExtensive client-facing experience, including experience working with c-suite level managers on high-profile transformation programsSuccessful track record of the selection, sourcing, and implementation of IT solutionsExcellent communication, organisational, interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and facilitate decision makingIndustry relevant certificationsKey Competencies:Strategic Thinking: Ability to see the big picture and develop long-term strategiesInnovation: Constantly researching and evaluating emerging technologies that could benefit the organizationProblem-Solving: Solving complex business and technical problems through creative and effective solutions.Ability to navigate and lead through periods of technological and organisational changeInterpersonal skills: Exceptional in areas such as communication, teamwork, and facilitationAbout Argon & Co: Argon & Co is a global management consultancy that specialises in operations strategy and transformation.
