Digital Channels and Marketing Manager

Job Description Planning and executing marketing activities to increase product diversity and revenue of existing products in coordination with relevant stakeholders.Managing new product development processes in line with marketing strategy.Responsible for creation and implementation of marketing campaigns to increase new customer acquisition and ensure customer engagement.Executing digital marketing activities in order to increase revenue in digital channels and improve customer experience.Coordinating customer communications (push, SMS, e-mail) align with business goals.Own end-to-end management of digital and traditional channels, including segmentation, content strategy, automation flows, campaign execution and reporting.Primary owner of CRM and Marketing Automation Tools, coordinating IT teams and managing third parties.Participating digital design projects, suggesting solutions for all customer touch points.Track, analyze, and report performance metrics, translating insights into actionable recommendations.Follow digital trends and identifying opportunities by analyzing data in Google Analytics, Adjust and digital marketing channels. Qualifications University degree in Engineering, Economics, Business, Marketing or equivalentMinimum 5 years of experience in marketing, digital channels and communication management preferably in banking or investment areaKnowledge of capital markets, marketing of investment products and digital investment applications in terms of customer and product managementExperienced in capital markets and general economyKnowledge of capital market and relevant legal regulationsUp to date with marketing and technological trends, digital advertising and mobile applicationsProficiency in Office programs, project management, CRM and marketing automation toolsFamiliar with ASO, SEO, analytics and UX assetsEnglish in advanced levelAk Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş. aday çalışanı olarak Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu Kapsamında Aydınlatma Metni’ ne https://www.akyatirim.com.tr/pdf/akyatirim_aday_personel_kvkk.pdf adresinden erişim sağlayabilirsiniz.
