Digital Communication Specialist (6 months secondment)

As part of Team Amex, you'll experience this powerful backing with comprehensive support for your holistic well-being and many opportunities to learn new skills, develop as a leader, and grow your career.Here, your voice and ideas matter, your work makes an impact, and together, you will help us define the future of American Express.You will be joining the PAYBACK Marketing Team, and you will be supporting the execution of the Communication mission with the goal of improving awareness, consideration, appreciation and activation of the PAYBACK services and features. How will you make an impact in this role?You will develop and deliver creative contents for all digital communication channels (website, App, SMS, Push Notification etc.) with a special focus on Newsletters one, supervising, reviewing, editing and proofreading contents. This position represents a valuable development opportunity for colleagues who would like to build or strengthen their skills in digital communication, content creation and multichannel campaign management.You will supervise, evaluate and report on the performance of communication activities across all touch-points; make recommendations based on discovered findings/opportunities and build strong, collaborative relationships with key cross-functional business units, including CRM, Legal, Compliance and Operations Teams. As part of the job, you will be also managing the budget, ensuring cost controlMinimum QualificationsPrevious experience in similar roles in digital marketing is valuedOutstanding, meticulous verbal and written communication skills, both in Italian and EnglishA passion for communications, telling stories, and engaging audiences, especially in a digital environmentFamiliar with creative software, specifically Microsoft PowerPointGood project management skills, being able to prioritize multiple activities with tight timelinesProactive approach and ability to work autonomously and take initiativeCreative thinking, flexibility and the ability to lead, drive, and measure changeRole is based in ItalyPreferred QualificationsExperience with Photoshop, Illustrator, HTML, Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.Video editing, image processing and optimization tools are a plusEmployment eligibility to work with American Express in Italy is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for these positions.We back you with benefits that support your holistic well-being so you can be and deliver your best.
