The Position This position is an in-person role at our headquarters in Ottawa. Level Six is seeking a creative and organized Digital Content Creator & Media Coordinator. You’ll be the force behind producing and managing visual content across our web and social platforms. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role is responsible for producing, curating, and implementing all visual and written content across Level Six’s digital and print channels. This is a full-time, hands-on, creative and technical role. Ideal for someone who can move seamlessly between shooting in the studio, editing in Adobe Creative Suite, and building our public-facing media. With your responsibilities evolving seasonally, you will require adaptability and quick problem-solving. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you’ll help shape the public expression of the Level Six brand—bringing to life our commitment to quality, sustainability, and the paddling community. You’ll take ownership of executing our photo and video production pipeline. Bringing excellence to our organic media across email and social platforms and taking the lead on ensuring a premium online experience for both our B2B and B2C customers. You’ll also connect creative storytelling and media management with an outdoor lifestyle, blending the professional setting of an office with the outdoors. Why Should You Apply? The company offers 2 weeks of paid vacation, benefit packages, and bonus opportunities.The company has professional development opportunities available upon request, and requests are encouraged.Responsibilities· Create and manage compelling visual and written content across photo, video, and graphic formats that tell Level Six’s brand story.· Execute and oversee both studio and on-location shoots with internal teams, ambassadors, and external partners to deliver polished assets.· Maintain and organize Level Six’s digital asset library to support an efficient workflow and consistent brand identity.· Oversee quarterly merchandising updates and audits for B2C and B2B websites, ensuring accurate product information and a premium customer experience.· Plan, produce, and schedule social media and email campaigns with the Marketing Manager, aligning content with monthly and seasonal media plans.· Support D2C and B2B marketing initiatives — including Shopify and Klaviyo campaigns, dealer materials, and product launches — that elevate brand visibility.· Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to uphold consistent visual standards and storytelling across all channels.· Analyze content performance each month and apply insights to refine creative direction and audience engagement continuously.Requirements · Creative, ambitious, self-motivated, and target-oriented.· Excellent prioritization, time-management, and organizational skills.· Strong communication skills with the ability to stay positive and adaptable under pressure in a fast-changing, seasonal environment.· Proven content-creation ability, including social posts, reels, and product videos.· Solid knowledge of studio photography and videography, including lighting setup and post-production.· Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience.· Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).· Working knowledge of no-code Shopify web management, including updating products, descriptions, templates, and duplicating themes. Additional Assets Knowledge and/or experience in the water sports or the outdoor industry. Bilingual French/English. Advanced skills in photography and filming. Advanced skills in Adobe InDesign and After EffectsExperience in e-commerce product photography. Experience collaborating within a brand or retail marketing environment. Think you’re a fit?
