As part of the Lion family, we bring the energy of a small craft brand with the backing of one of Australasia’s leading beverage companies.Your Role: Crafting Digital Stories That ConvertWe’re on the hunt for a digital content whiz who knows how to spin a story, drive clicks, and make people feel something, preferably the urge to pour a G&T.Reporting to the Senior Website & Ecommerce Manager, you’ll be the storyteller and curator behind our online shopfront, the place where the Four Pillars brand world comes to life. You’ll dream up and deliver compelling, conversion-driven content across our website, EDMs, and digital campaigns that look as good as our gin tastes.One day you’ll be writing irresistible product copy; the next, you’ll be briefing a content shoot or refining our website UX. You’ll make sure every word, image, and pixel feels like Four Pillars, bold, beautifully crafted, and never boring.You’ll also keep an eye on performance, SEO, and user experience, making sure our ecommerce site is crafted with the same care we pour into every bottle. Using analytics to refine and optimise, you’ll turn curiosity into conversion, and browsers into lifelong gin lovers.Key ResponsibilitiesLead content creation for the Four Pillars online shop, from product pages and landing pages to digital storytelling that makes people want to click and sip.Write and edit engaging, on-brand, conversion-driven copy across web, email, and digital channels, making sure every word sounds unmistakably Four Pillars.Develop and optimise email campaigns and customer journeys in Klaviyo, blending smart segmentation with good storytelling (because numbers and narrative can be best mates).Work closely with our in-house creative crew and external partners to brief, create, and deliver top-notch digital assets.Support ecommerce operations, including product updates, merchandising, and keeping the site running as smooth as our stills.Use analytics tools (GA4, Klaviyo, and friends) to track what’s working, refine what’s not, and make every customer journey a little bit better.Keep every piece of content true to the brand, consistent in tone, compliant with alcohol advertising regs, and always crafted with care.What You’ll BringA passion for creative storytelling and digital brand building, you love that sweet spot where creativity meets conversion.
