Job OverviewAs a Digital Content Manager, you’ll be responsible for bringing our marketing and brand strategies to life through creative content and social media storytelling. You’ll work closely with the B2B Digital Marketing Lead to create high-quality written, visual, and video content that engages business audiences and positions us as a thought leader in the tech space.This role is ideal for a self-starter who’s both creative and data-driven, also someone who can write compelling copy, design social content, produce videos, and understand how each piece fits into a broader B2B marketing strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate engaging, high-quality B2B content including social posts, blogs, newsletters, case studies, and short videos tailored to B2B audiences and the brand goals.Translate complex or technical ideas into relatable, visually compelling stories that resonate with professional audiences.Write and edit clear, persuasive, and brand-aligned copy for all digital platforms.Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights for optimization.Manage our social media presence across Instagram, X/Twitter, and other relevant platforms.Create engaging videos that showcase our culture, people, and projects in creative, fun ways.Collaborate with the Art Director to maintain visual and brand consistency across all digital assets.Plan, schedule, and publish posts to grow audience engagement and strengthen brand visibility.Apply SEO and digital content best practices to enhance visibility, traffic, and engagement across platforms.Requirements (Experience & Education)Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.2 to 4 years of experience in content creation, social media management, and B2B marketing.Proven portfolio showcasing written, visual, and video content created for business or tech audiences.Skills & CompetenciesStrong understanding of B2B marketing principles, content strategy, and audience segmentation.Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.Proficiency in social media tools (LinkedIn, Meta Business Suite, Buffer).Skilled in design and video creation tools (Canva, CapCut).Basic knowledge of SEO, analytics, and content performance tracking.Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and brand alignment.Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Nice-to-HaveWorking knowledge of lead generation strategies including how to use content, social media, and campaigns to attract and convert business leads.Knowledge of paid social and email marketing campaigns.Passion for storytelling, innovation, and digital trends.Hands-on experience with email marketing tools such as Mailchimp and Sender.net.
