Job DescriptionThe Digital Content Manager is responsible for executing online campaigns, EDMs, and maintaining high-quality web content that supports marketing and trading activity. The role focuses on driving online conversion, ensuring content accuracy, and delivering campaigns on time while optimising on-site user experience (UX) and managing the design workflow.Key Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited ToCampaigns & Content ManagementPlan, execute, and optimise online campaigns and EDMs. Build and maintain landing pages and promotional content that drive engagement and sales. Maintain CMS content (Contentful) with high accuracy, consistency, and brand compliance. Collaborate with the Merchandising team to ensure effective category content and site presentation. Coordinate campaign messaging across web, email, and paid channels. Quality-assure all website and campaign assets before launch. EDM & ReportingManage the end-to-end EDM process — from planning and briefing creative to testing and deployment. Collaborate with the Designer to create engaging EDM assets that align with campaign objectives. Monitor and analyse EDM performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Report on campaign and EDM results, identifying trends and opportunities to improve conversion.Design & Workflow ManagementManage the Designer’s workload and workflow to ensure timely delivery of assets. Create and adapt digital assets using Figma (mainly) and Adobe Creative Suite when needed. Ensure website and EDM creative is visually compelling, brand-aligned, and conversion-focused. Optimisation & AnalyticsAnalyse user behaviour using Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics to identify UX improvements. Optimise Algolia search and on-site merchandising in collaboration with the AU Online Content Team. Work with external agencies on SEO, Paid Ads, and creative deliverables. Deliver regular reporting on site performance, campaign effectiveness, and UX insights. Qualifications3+ years’ experience in eCommerce, digital content, or campaign management. Strong understanding of website optimisation, conversion, and UX principles. Experience in planning and executing EDM campaigns and personalisation. Skilled in Shopify, CMS (Contentful preferred), and design platforms like Figma. Analytical mindset with experience using Clarity, Algolia, and Google Analytics. Excellent communication, project management, and attention to detail. Collaborative and proactive, comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple teams.
