We’re looking for a Digital Content Manager to join the Marketing team at AHM - ACE Hospitality Management.This role focuses on creating, managing and optimizing content for our brands. You’ll work closely with our marketing team to ensure that our websites, newsletters, and other digital channels deliver engaging stories, optimized experiences, and consistent brand messaging across all the digital touchpoints.It’s the perfect opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of experience in digital content, who wants to grow into a well-rounded content strategist with a strong foundation in SEO.Key Responsibilities:Create, edit, and publish engaging website and blog content aligned with our brand voice and marketing objectives;Manage website content and updates using CMS tools (e.g., WordPress or similar);Optimize all digital content for SEO — from keyword research to on-page optimization (training will be provided if needed);Develop and distribute newsletters and email campaigns to engage our audiences;Ensure alignment of digital content with offline materials and social media messaging;Track and report on content performance, suggesting improvements based on analytics;Collaborate with designers, copywriters and other marketing team members to create cohesive campaigns and assets. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Journalism, or related field;1–2 years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or digital marketing;Strong writing and editing skills, with attention to tone, detail, and storytelling;Basic knowledge of SEO principles (and willingness to deepen expertise);Understanding of social media and how to adapt content across channels;Analytical mindset, curiosity, and proactive attitude;Team-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects.
