We blend brand psychology + strategic content + performance marketing to create demand and influence pipeline for B2B companies across SaaS, Data & AI, Financial Services, Manufacturing, and more.If you want to learn real marketing, the kind that sharpens thinking, builds systems, and drives business results, Foxar Athon is your playground.The RoleThis role is a hybrid of Digital Marketing + Content Execution.You’ll plan, create, publish, optimise, and analyse content that fuels performance campaigns and brand storytelling. You’ll support the content strategist, performance team, and creative team to ensure every asset is aligned to buyer psychology, campaign objectives, and platform behaviours.What You Will Do1. Content Support & CreationSupport content strategy development and turn briefs into compelling content assets.Write platform-appropriate copy for social media, reels, carousels, landing pages, emails, and ads.Coordinate with designers to ensure content is on-brand, engaging, and conversion-minded.2. Social Media & Multi-Platform ManagementPlan, schedule, publish and monitor content across LinkedIn, IG, TikTok, FB and YouTube.Curate content themes, hooks, angles, and storylines based on audience insights and platform trends.Engage with community and manage page interactions to grow trust and brand recall.3. Digital Campaign ExecutionExecute demand-generation campaigns across paid and organic channels.Support in setting up ads, A/B testing, and funnel execution under the guidance of the performance team.Assist with landing pages, email drips, lead magnets, and content funnels that drive conversions.4. Performance & AnalyticsTrack essential KPIs: Reach, Engagement, CTR, Leads, CPL, Conversion Rates & ROI.Prepare weekly/monthly performance insights and optimisation recommendations.Ensure proper tracking setup (pixels, UTMs, analytics dashboards).5.
