The Content Director will lead the overall content strategy, creation, and execution across all platforms to build brand authority, drive engagement, and support business goals. This role oversees the content team, including writers, designers, and video producers and ensures all content aligns with the companys tone, values, and marketing objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a comprehensive content strategy across digital, social media, website, and other marketing channels.Lead, mentor, and manage the content team, ensuring high-quality output and consistent messaging.Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to create impactful and cohesive brand campaigns.Oversee the editorial calendar and ensure timely delivery of all content initiatives.Review, edit, and approve content to maintain brand voice, accuracy, and quality standards.Analyze content performance metrics and use insights to improve engagement and conversion.Stay updated with industry trends, audience preferences, and emerging digital platforms.Manage relationships with freelancers, agencies, and external creative partners.Ensure all content complies with SEO best practices and digital marketing standards.Develop guidelines for tone, style, and visual storytelling across all media formats.QualificationsBachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.Minimum of 710 years of experience in content creation, marketing, or editorial roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, social media, and digital storytelling.Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.Proven ability to lead a creative team and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.Experience using content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, WordPress).Strategic thinker with creative flair and data-driven mindset.Preferred SkillsExperience in B2B or digital marketing industries.Familiarity with multimedia production (video, podcasting, or interactive content).Knowledge of brand partnerships and influencer marketing.Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.Work EnvironmentHybrid or onsite setup (depending on company policy)Collaborative, fast-paced, and creative environment
