From eye-catching campaigns and scroll-stopping social content to intuitive UX/UI for digital products, your work will make a real impact across every touchpoint.What You’ll Do:Transform brand guidelines into visually stunning, user-friendly experiences.Craft high-impact designs across websites, apps, social media, email, and digital advertising.Lead UX/UI initiatives, creating wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and final polished assets.Animate campaigns with motion graphics, video, and interactive elements that engage and inspire.Collaborate across marketing, product, and development teams to deliver creative that wows and performs.Juggle multiple projects without sacrificing quality, hitting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Mentor and inspire junior designers, helping them grow and refine their craft.Stay ahead of design trends, tech innovations, and best practices to keep work fresh and cutting-edge.What We’re Looking For:4+ years of experience in digital design, whether agency or in-house.A portfolio packed with a mix of brand-led campaigns, social content, and UX/UI projects.Mastery of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.A strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and user-centered design principles.Exceptional typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills.Bonus points for motion graphics or video editing experience.A confident communicator who can present ideas clearly and persuasively.Someone who thrives both independently and as part of a collaborative team.If you’re ready to take your digital design career to the next level and make a real difference in the way people experience healthcare, this is the role for you.
