We are a team of talented, passionate individuals, with strong backgrounds, who dream big, without limits.What We Are Looking ForWe are currently looking for a Digital Designer who can efficiently combine creativity and functionality to produce eye-catching, innovative and informative content.The ideal candidate should be confident in designing across multiple digital platforms and have skills in motion graphics (After Effects) to bring ideas to life.ResponsibilitiesConceptualize and execute creative design solutions for websites, digital assets, social media visuals, and campaigns.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate project requirements into visually appealing and effective designs.Take ownership of the entire design process — from concept to delivery — ensuring high-quality outcomes, on time.Apply motion design & video editing skills (After Effects) to create dynamic assets that elevate campaigns.Stay updated on design trends, tools, and emerging technologies to continuously bring fresh perspectives.RequirementsBachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.2+ years of experience in Digital Design.Online portfolio with impactful digital and motion work.Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), plus Figma.Experience in responsive and mobile-optimized design.Understanding of UX best practices.Good grasp of digital marketing principles.Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Team-oriented, receptive to feedback, and adaptable.Fluent in Greek and English.BenefitsHybrid working model (Athens-based).Career in an exciting and dynamic environment.Professional development & growth opportunities.Private Medical Insurance.Inspiring and challenging projects with well-known brands.Competitive salary (based on experience).Friday brunch at the office.
