Job Description

A creative and detail-oriented Digital Designer responsible for bringing the brand to life across all digital marketing touchpoints. The role encompasses designing a wide range of digital content with technical accuracy, including webshop, social media posts, emailers, apps, OOH screens, and digital banners. The focus is on crafting compelling visuals throughout the consumer journey to drive engagement and conversion, tell impactful product stories, and support the broader objectives of digital marketing and loyalty campaigns. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign mobile-first digital content, campaigns and templates, ensuring visual consistency, brand alignment, and high-impact including: Website content for own and 3rd party platforms (e.

g. homepage stories, campaign images, promotions)Design and build modular high-performing email templates, newsletters/EDM’s for Loyalty membersPaid and organic social media visuals (static and light motion)Campaign banners for online platforms (web/app/social)Content for affiliate marketingDigital display banners for advertising platformsContent for Apps, including Loyalty programContent for digital/OOH media screensContribute to brand and campaign guidelinesSpecial projects as neededCollaborate closely with marketing, copywriting, e-commerce and loyalty teams to interpret briefs, align timelines and deliverables and achieve objectivesTranslate campaign concepts into cohesive digital content across platforms.

Maintain consistency across email platforms and devicesSupport A/B or multi-variant testing efforts to help optimise performance and proactively seek data to inform design decisionsSet seasonal templates. Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and visual identity standardsAdapt assets for different formats, screen sizes, and placements.

Create engaging content incl giff, motion graphics, animations and basic video editsStay up-to-date with digital trends, social formats, and content best practices to bring fresh and innovative design ideas to our campaignsManage file organization and versioning, and prepare final assets for deliveryLiaise with the UX Design team, ensuring brand consistency and a seamless consumer journey across webshops, apps, and content(This is NOT a UX or UI design role for our webshop interface or apps; those responsibilities sit with our e-commerce team).

What We Are Looking ForA team player with a proactive attitude and a passion for compelling and effective digital designA degree in Digital Design, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or related field4+ years experience designing for digital marketing (agency or in-house)Strong folio demonstrating a range of digital design work, especially for email campaigns, website content and digital marketing channelsProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma (for creative developmenty and colaboration).

HTML and CSS knowledge is a plusMotion/animation skills using After Effects or similar tools and basic video editing skills are a strong plusTech Savvy with uderstanding of platforms like Bloomreach, Salesforce Commerce cloud, and analytics toolsStrong understanding of digital channels and how content performs across each (email, web, social, paid media)Comfortable producing high volumes of assets and working in test-learn-optimise cyclesHighly organised with excellent attention to detail and time management. Problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset
