The opportunityAs Digital Development Engineering Lead, you’ll lead global development teams in building and supporting Teva’s digital platforms. You’ll drive innovative, data-driven solutions that enhance customer experience and deliver real business impact.This is a hands-on leadership role, combining deep web development expertise with strategic vision. Focus on DELIVERY of development projects within time and budget.Achieve engineering excellence through your extensive knowledge of software engineering practices and principlesLead large digital development and support organization to design, build, and sustain applications with a focus on systems usability, performance, security, quality and reliabilityOversee the implementation and management of web development applications, including Power Platforms, CMS updates, site performance optimization, development roadmap, hosting, third party integrations, JS tag deployment, technical bugs, and web development best practices (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Ensure compliance with web accessibility standards and other regulationsCross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Security, Architects, Business Owners, Delivery leads to ensure application experiences align with customer needs.Your Experience And QualificationsExceptional project management skills with experience managing website migration projects and other large web initiatives.10+ years of experience leading integrated web development and managing large-scale, complex websites, preferably in tech, pharma, or a B2B SaaS environment10+ years managing groups in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.Understanding of web technologies, including CMS platforms (e.g., SPO,Optimizely ,Sitecore), HTML, CSS, JavaScript, C# and API integrations - advantageKnowledge in Atlassian tools and MS GitHub (Enterprise/Copilot) is an advantageStrong understanding of UI/UX design principles, including wireframing, user journeys, and usability testing to ensure intuitive and engaging website navigation, layout, and overall user satisfaction - advantageProven ability to assess and implement new technologies to meet evolving business needs.Fluent communication in EnglishReports ToDirector CADS - Software Engineering LeadAlready Working @TEVA?If you are a current Teva employee, please apply using the internal career site available on "Employee Central".
