We are seeking a Digital Director with experience in Search, Social, and Display to lead digital marketing strategies for global clients. You will manage a small team of analysts and managers, overseeing campaign planning and execution while fostering client relationships.(Note: As the company is growing their Tokyo office, those with less experience could be considered for a Digital Manager role.)The Company:Global, agile, and digital-first agency, expanding across the region. Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for clients.Collaborate with clients to define objectives and create campaign briefs.Manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and identifying growth opportunities.Lead a team to deliver digital campaigns from strategy to execution.Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery.Leverage proprietary data solutions to optimize performance and deliver insights.Requirements:8+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in an agency.3+ years of experience leading teams and managing client campaigns.Proven success with digital marketing across Search, Social, and Display.Strong client management and communication skills in English and Japanese.Knowledge of industry trends and best practices.Self-motivated, inquisitive, and a team player.
