This role combines journalism, editorial oversight, and social media strategy, with a strong focus on engaging the Norwegian market. You will work closely with the manager to support planning, reporting, and content innovation across our digital platforms.Your Role Accountabilities...Serve as journalist and editor for our Norwegian website (.no) and social media channelsSupport the manager in overseeing planning and editorial workflow for the desk teamContribute to the development and innovation of social media strategies tailored to the Norwegian marketAct as a reporter for local productions, producing high-quality content for digital platformsTake creative ownership of social media content, ensuring it aligns with editorial standards and engages the audience effectivelyQualifications & Experience...Strong experience in journalism, editorial work, and social media managementExcellent writing, editing, and storytelling skillsAbility to collaborate effectively with a team and support planning processesInnovative mindset with a focus on audience engagementFamiliarity with the Norwegian media landscape is a plusWe Offer...Opportunity to shape social media and editorial strategies in a dynamic environmentCollaborative and creative work cultureChance to work on impactful local productions and digital contentHow We Get Things Done…This last bit is probably the most important!
