This role will support our digital experience initiatives focused on enhancing engagement within our digital, data & tech communities. The intern will gain hands-on experience in digital content creation, community management, and event organization while contributing to our mission of fostering collaboration and innovation across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation and Management:Assist in developing digital content for internal platforms including intranet articles, newsletters, and social media postsHelp maintain an organized content calendar and schedule publicationsSupport the creation of visual assets for digital communicationsCommunity Management:Help animate digital, data & tech thematic communities by drafting posts and updatesMonitor community engagement and compile feedbackSupport the organization of virtual meetups and knowledge-sharing sessionsEvent Support:Assist in the preparation and coordination of corporate eventsHelp with logistics, communication materials, and participant engagementDocument events through photos, videos, and post-event summariesMeasurement and Analysis:Collect data on digital communication performance metricsAssist in preparing reports on engagement and reachHelp identify trends and insights to improve future communicationsCollaboration:Work with the Corporate Communication teamLiaise with various departments to gather content and ensure consistent messagingSupport cross-functional initiatives related to digital, data & tech communicationsQualificationsCurrently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Digital Marketing, or related field1-2 years of experience or academic projects in digital communications or social media managementStrong writing and editing skills in English and French.
