Bamboo Blonde is seeking a Digital Growth & E-commerce Specialist to drive our online presence and performance. You’ll oversee the full digital journey—from first click to lasting loyalty—translating Bali’s effortless, aspirational lifestyle into measurable growth.If you’re passionate about optimising every touchpoint—paid media, e-commerce strategy, and SEO—this role is for you.The Mission: Drive Profitable Digital Growth You are the architect of our digital performance, responsible for driving profitable growth across all online channels.Full-Funnel Strategy: Design and execute a holistic digital strategy encompassing e-commerce optimisation, paid media (Meta, TikTok), and SEO/Google management to maximise acquisition, retention, and LTV.Performance Media: Own and execute end-to-end paid channel strategies, driving incremental revenue and profitability with spend that is as bold and confident as our brand.Marketplace Growth: Oversee and collaborate with team members on the strategy and performance of key local marketplaces, specifically Shopee, ensuring optimised listings and campaign alignment.E-commerce Conversion: Lead the testing roadmap for the site, focusing on UX and A/B testing to significantly lift conversion rates and Average Order Value (AOV).Google & SEO: Manage and optimise all Google properties (Search Ads, Shopping, Display) and lead the organic search strategy (SEO), ensuring our brand dominates high-intent fashion searches.Creative Strategy: Use historical performance insights and fashion trends to fuel a pipeline of fresh, high-performing ad assets that match our playful & modern aesthetic.Budget & Analysis: Own and manage digital budgets, strategically allocating resources across the funnel. Communicate key growth learnings and results to management.Evolving the Blueprint: Constantly monitor market conditions and customer insights to identify new opportunities and refine our strategy, keeping us approachable yet aspirational.Who We're Looking For: The ideal candidate is an analytical, strategic, and hands-on leader passionate about fashion e-commerce.4+ years in digital marketing, with 2+ years focused on driving growth through paid media, e-commerce, and/or performance SEO.Proven track record of managing digital budgets and delivering strong ROAS/P&L results.Fluent in analytics (Meta, Google, e-commerce dashboards) and adept at translating data into clear, actionable growth strategies.A confident, analytical communicator capable of translating complex data into clear, actionable growth strategies for cross-functional teams.Based in, or willing to relocate to, Bali.
