Digital Manager-UI/UX

UI/UX Digital ManagerRole Requirements:To be successful in this role, end-to-end experience in strategic planning & digital integration.• You will need to contribute to a culture of innovation in human centered designs, beinnovative and a generator of new ideas, and bring a data and insight driven approach touser experience solutions.• Familiarity with Figma, Miro, Adobe, Sketch or other tools for wireframe and userinterface development• Able to show proficiency with a range of digital application designs and use cases• Analytical skills for customer journey design, mapping and optimization• Ability to translate user and business requirements to fast prototypes and concepts• Proficiency in building UI design systems and ensuring standardization and consistency• Experience with UX and product methodologies/processes for application and webdevelopment• Understanding of payments, cross border, lending and wallet digital products a plus• You will need 5+ years of relevant work experience.• Familiarity with web and multimedia technologies (e.g., Flash, HTML, CSS, XML, Ajax,video compression, etc….)• Using your exceptional communication skills, you will build a close connection andcollaboration with content planners, developers, business units and stakeholders tocreate an integrated end-to-end experience.
