You'll join a high-performing team working with an ambitious, iconic FMCG brand on its digital evolution - where your expertise will shape consumer connections, optimise media investment, and accelerate data-driven marketing.This role offers true variety as you combine implementation planning, hands-on activation, and cross-functional collaboration. From managing campaigns across social and programmatic channels to influencing digital planning, working closely with local Planning and Strategy Specialists and offshore hubs to deliver best-in-class digital solutions.We’re looking for someone who thrives on complex challenges, loves streamlining workflows, and enjoys being a trusted partner to internal teams, stakeholders, and clients. You’ll bring new ideas to life, improve processes, and elevate campaign performance.This is a pivotal role for a collaborative person, who can lean into being a subject matter expert in all things Digital Media or who has an appetite for AdOps and process/project management. You will have the opportunity to build on your team management skills and be a valued member of a diverse and talented agency that supports your on-going growth and career development.What you will do with usThis role is designed to deliver across three core pillars:Strategic Contribution - You’ll support the planning team with digital channel recommendations, helping shape quarterly plans that align with business goals. Your insights will influence platform selection, audience targeting, and campaign strategy across multiple product segments.Campaign Activation - You’ll take ownership of activating campaigns across biddable channels—particularly Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit, and programmatic platforms like The Trade Desk and Vistar. You’ll ensure campaigns are executed flawlessly, with strong attention to detail and performance optimisation.Team & Hub Management - You’ll manage workflows across offshore hubs (Malaysia for social, India for Google), coordinate with PGD for asset delivery, and potentially lead a direct report.
