Read on.Reporting to the Head of Digital Acquisition, you will play a key role in executing and optimizing our digital acquisition efforts across multiple channels. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity and analytics — someone who enjoys building campaigns, testing new ideas, and using data to drive continuous improvement. You will manage paid media campaigns, design and adapt creatives, and support our SEO and analytics initiatives to maximize performance and ROI. Working closely with the broader marketing team and external partners, you’ll help ensure our digital presence is impactful, consistent, and aligned with our brand goals. In this role, you will be responsible for:Digital Marketing Campaign ManagementPlan, create, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant channels.Build, monitor, and adjust campaigns to achieve ROI and CPA targets.Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.Report on campaign performance with actionable insights. Graphic Design & Creative ProductionApply platform-specific best practices to design and optimize paid social ad creatives that drive engagement and conversions. Use basic graphic design skills and tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) to quickly produce or modify creatives, such as adjusting text overlays for A/B testing. Stay current with emerging social media features, ad formats, and creative trends, proactively ideating and testing new concepts to improve performance. Maintain a strong understanding of our brand identity to ensure all creatives are visually compelling and on-brand. Collaborate with external creative partners to manage complex or time-intensive design projects.Conversion Rate OptimizationAudit landing pages and user flows to identify drop-off points.Run A/B tests for headlines, CTAs, layouts, and imagery.Analyze heatmaps and session recordings to improve UX.Create and optimize web pages with low-code solutions (wordpress) to implement changes rapidly and effectively. SEO / AEOConduct keyword research for both traditional SEO and emerging AEO practices.Optimize on-page elements (titles, meta descriptions, headings, schema markup).Monitor and improve site performance and crawlability.Create and optimize content for high-intent keywords and voice search queries. Analytics, Reporting & Continuous ImprovementPerform analysis combining multiple sources of data (ad platforms, CRM, Hotjar, GA4).Conduct periodic performance tracking to identify trends and opportunities.Perform cohort analysis to measure performance over time.Identify best performing elements of an ad (headlines, CTA, landing page, primary text).Develop and maintain a structured approach to testing and optimization.What We’re Looking ForMinimum 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid media, SEO, or performance optimizationStrong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and campaign performance metrics (ROI, CPA, CTR, conversion rates)Experience with web analytics tools and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategiesWorking knowledge of SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content performance trackingBasic proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, with an eye for visual storytelling and brand consistencyStrong copywriting and attention to detail, particularly in ad messaging and creative testingAnalytical mindset with a passion for experimentation, A/B testing, and continuous improvementCollaborative, proactive, and able to manage multiple projectsFluent in English (French is an asset)A positive, “refuse to lose” attitude and genuine enthusiasm for driving brand growth through digital innovationWhat We OfferCompetitive salary and bonus plansGroup benefits plan (medical, dental & travel insurance)Join some of our tours and experience the Approach difference abroadOpportunities for skill development, as well as professional and career growth plansFree coffee and tea, as well as surprise free meals and snacks5 à 7s, and other awesome team activitiesAmazing colleagues that will make time fly by while achieving resultsWelcome to a new approach!
