Digital Marketing- Associate/ Senior Associate

Responsibilities-• Develop and execute innovative growth strategies to drive user acquisition• Build and maintain strong relationships with ad networks, publishers, and partners to optimize campaign performance and negotiate competitive rates.• Identify and test new growth channels, platforms, and partnerships to expand reach and impact.• Collaborate with Data Analytics, Product, and Engineering teams to align growth strategies with business objectives.• Establish and maintain dashboards and reporting systems using tools like Tableau, Google Analytics, and Appsflyer to track performance and make data-driven decisions.• Apply A/B testing and other experimental methods to refine marketing strategies and drive continuous optimization.• Analyze marketing and growth data to provide actionable insights for improving ROI and user engagement.What are we looking for – • 2+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital acquisition strategies.• Proven track record of driving user acquisition and revenue growth through data-driven marketing strategies.• Strong expertise in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Tableau, etc.).• Hands-on experience with media buying, ad networks, programmatic advertising, and search marketing.• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.Preferred Skills- • Experience working with D2C, B2C, or app-based businesses.• Prior experience in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment.• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.• Hands-on experience managing Facebook, Google Ads, and other performance marketing channels
