Role SummaryWe are seeking a high-performing Marketing & Communications Manager who will own and drive the company’s brand positioning, visibility, and growth strategies. This role requires both a strategic thinker and a hands-on executor, capable of crafting compelling brand stories, leading campaigns, and delivering measurable results across multiple channels.Key Responsibilities1. Brand Strategy & PositioningDefine, implement, and continuously refine the company’s brand identity and market positioning.Ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints, both online and offline.2. Marketing & Communication ExecutionDevelop and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, PR, events, influencer, and offline activations).Create and manage engaging content/demo models that drives awareness and conversion.Oversee media relations, press releases, newsletters, and corporate communications.3. Visibility & AwarenessBuild and maintain relationships with key media outlets, influencers, and partners.Increase brand visibility through partnerships, sponsorships, and targeted campaigns.Manage brand presence at exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events.4. Growth & Demand GenerationDrive lead generation and customer acquisition campaigns.Leverage data analytics to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.Develop go-to-market strategies for new product or service launches.5. Monitoring & ReportingTrack and analyze campaign performance, brand sentiment, and market trends.Prepare regular reports for senior management with insights and recommendations.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field .3+ years of proven experience in marketing, brand management, or communications.Experienced in managing multiple communication platforms including social media.Strong expertise in brand positioning, visibility, and growth strategies.Exceptional communication (written & verbal), storytelling, and presentation skills.Data-driven mindset with experience in performance marketing & analytics.Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and executive leadership.Required Tools & PlatformsAnalytics & InsightsGoogle Analytics / GA4SEM/AEO (SEO, visibility)Social listening toolsCanva, CapCut and other creative design toolsMarketing & Campaign ExecutionHubSpot / Salesforce Marketing Cloud / Mailchimp (CRM & Email marketing)Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads (Paid campaigns)Canva / Adobe Creative Suite (content creation & design)TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube (brand presence)Job Type: Full-timeWork Mode: HybridLocation: LagosPay: 120,000.00 (NGN) per month
