The individual will work with developers and other staff on projects to drive sales They will assist in online marketing initiatives to support the overall growth of the organization and enhance its online presence.B2B & Lead Generation Focus – this is mandatoryCanva/Graphic Design SkillsContent & Authority Building ExpertiseExperience with Product DevelopmentExpertise with execution of marketing campaigns, digital initiatives, and content creation.Utilize CRM systems and marketing automation tools to manage client data and campaign performance.Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and lead generation strategies.Creative and work autonomouslyExperience with international marketingExperience in Professional Training/Conferencing/Events is a plusQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, communications or a related field.Min. 4 years experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and CRM or marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, ActiveCampaign) and digital marketing techniquesStrong organizational skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.Strong interest in corporate sales and marketing within the corporate industry.Excellent interpersonal and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and remotelyFamiliarity with AI-based marketing tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, or similar) is an advantage.Strong communication and customer service skills.
