This role is ideal for a dynamic individual who can coordinate clients, manage digital campaigns, and work closely with our design and content teams to deliver creative, measurable results.🔧 Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate daily communication between clients and creative teams.Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok campaigns.Review and approve graphic designs, videos, and marketing materials for quality and accuracy.Write and edit engaging social media and ad copy aligned with brand tone.Monitor campaign analytics and prepare monthly performance summaries.Use AI tools to improve workflow, content creation, and campaign insights.Support brand strategy, creative direction, and content planning.🎯 Requirements1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, or content coordination.Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads Manager.Excellent communication and project-coordination skills.A strong eye for design and attention to detail.Knowledge and hands-on experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, Meta AI, etc.).Proactive, organized, and able to work independently in a remote setup.Female candidates are highly encouraged to apply.💼 Terms & BenefitsEmployment Type: Full-Time (Remote)Probation Period: 3 MonthsWorking Hours: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM–5:30 PM (Sri Lanka Time)Salary: We’re a growing startup—our focus is on learning, growth, and flexibility rather than high-range salaries.
