The Marketing Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting marketing data to guide business decisions, optimize campaigns, and measure performance across digital and traditional marketing channels.The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with large datasets to uncover insights that drive marketing strategy and improve ROI.Key Responsibilities Data Collection & ManagementCollect, clean, and maintain marketing data from multiple sources (CRM, website analytics, ad platforms, email systems).Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting systems.Work with marketing, sales, and IT teams to integrate data sources and improve data tracking. Analytics & ReportingMonitor and analyze campaign performance across paid, organic, social, and email channels.Create dashboards and reports using tools such as Google Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or Excel.Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations for marketing strategies.Track KPIs such as conversion rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), ROI, engagement, and customer lifetime value (CLV). Campaign Optimization SupportIdentify trends, patterns, and opportunities to optimize marketing campaigns.Provide data-driven recommendations for budget allocation, targeting, and creative strategy.Conduct A/B testing and attribution analysis to understand the impact of marketing initiatives. Forecasting & ModelingBuild predictive models to forecast campaign performance, customer behavior, and sales trends.Assist in marketing budget planning and ROI projections.Support marketing teams in scenario analysis for strategic planning. Collaboration & CommunicationCollaborate with marketing, content, social media, and sales teams to ensure campaigns are data-informed.Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.Stay up-to-date on marketing analytics trends, tools, and best practices.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field.2–4 years of experience in marketing analytics, digital analytics, or data analysis.Proficiency with analytics and visualization tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, Excel).Strong knowledge of SQL, data querying, and database management.Understanding of digital marketing channels and KPIs.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.Excellent communication skills to translate complex data into actionable insights.Preferred SkillsExperience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo).Knowledge of A/B testing, experimentation, and attribution modeling.Familiarity with Python or R for advanced data analysis.Experience in marketing automation and campaign tracking.Understanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).What We OfferCompetitive salary with performance-based incentives.Health, dental, and vision benefits.Flexible remote or hybrid work options.Access to training and professional development in analytics and marketing.A collaborative, data-driven marketing team that values insights and experimentation.
