Are you fast, creative, and strategic—equally comfortable brainstorming campaigns and designing the assets that power them?As our Marketing Designer, you’ll play a key role in elevating the brand through visuals that support growth, campaigns, and customer engagement. From social media graphics to sales decks and product launch materials, your designs will make us look as good as we sound.Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Assets: Design visuals for email, social, web, and advertising campaigns.Marketing Materials: Create assets such as blog graphics, product launch visuals, sales decks, social media banners, newsletters, ads, and video thumbnails.Template Creation: Build reusable Canva templates for scalable, on-brand content creation.Brand Consistency: Ensure a cohesive visual identity across all formats and channels.Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and content teams to align visuals with messaging.Design Systems: Develop style guides, file structures, and scalable processes.Performance Optimization: Use data and feedback to refine and improve design approaches.Tool Mastery: Utilize Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and other industry-standard tools.What You Bring3+ years of design experience, ideally in SaaS, tech, or related industries.A strong portfolio showcasing design across formats (social, email, ads, web, print, presentations, etc.).Ability to balance creativity with strategy, designing visuals that drive engagement.Proficiency with Adobe Suite, Figma, and Canva (experience with Sketch, InVision, or Miro a plus).Strong instincts for speed, quality, and consistency.Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments.Passion for brand-building and scaling through design.Success MetricsDelivery of high-quality, on-brand designs consistently and on schedule.Increased engagement and campaign performance through effective visuals.Strong brand consistency across all assets.Positive internal and external feedback.Measurable improvements through A/B testing and analytics.Clear ownership of creative processes and content development.Benefits & PerksRemote work flexibility.Unlimited PTO.$100 monthly budget for books and courses.Morning focus time (minimal meetings before noon).Performance-based bonuses.$250 charitable donation of your choice.Semi-monthly pay schedule.Company swag and branded gear.Exciting growth and promotion opportunities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
