Our corner of the world and the people in it has so many good things to offer and it is all right at our doorstep.Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing & SEO (Website & social media). As a Digital Marketing & SEO Executive, you will play a key role in enhancing our online presence and driving organic traffic to our digital platforms.Responsibilities:Meta Ads:Campaign planning, Budgeting and creation and optimization in meta ads manager.Google Ads:PPC and YouTube ads management.Conduct comprehensive keyword research and analysis to identify high-potential keywords relevant to our clients' businesses.Social Media Management:Create, schedule, and monitor social media posts, and manage the company's social media presence.Website Management:Oversee the company's website, including content updates and user experience improvements.SEO/SEM:Conduct keyword research and implement SEO/SEM strategies to improve website visibility and organic traffic.Optimize website content, including meta tags, headings, and content, to improve SERP rankings.Manage and execute link-building campaigns and other off-page SEO activities.Collaborate with content writers to create SEO-friendly content that engages and attracts target audiences.Plan and implement effective SEO strategies to enhance the online visibility and search engine rankings of Property Index digital assets.Implement on-page SEO best practices, including meta tags, headings and content structure.Optimize existing content to improve search engine performance and user engagement.Ensure all content is SEO-friendly, well-structured, and adheres to industry standards.Develop and execute link-building strategies to increase website authority and drive organic traffic.Identify and establish relationships with relevant websites for potential link placements.Maintain regular communication with clients to discuss strategies, progress, and results.Monitor website analytics using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush or Moz.Provide regular reports on key SEO metrics, content performance, and recommendations for improvement.Stay abreast of industry trends, search engine algorithms, and content marketing best practices.Implement innovative and effective SEO techniques based on evolving industry standards.Work closely with the marketing team to align content creation with overall marketing goals.Collaborate with web developers to ensure technical SEO considerations are addressed.In depth knowledge on SEO Principles, practices & tools.Reporting:Prepare and present performance reports to stakeholders, outlining campaign results and future recommendations.YouTube-Focused SEO Tools:TubeBuddy, VidIQ, Morningfame etc.SEO Tools:Google Keyword Planner, Google Trends, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz Pro, Ubersuggest, Screaming Frog SEO SpiderAnalytics & Tracking:Have to be familiar with Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4), YouTube Analytics Studio etc.Planning:Design, schedule, and execute the Marketing activities (Event & Activation, Digital) as per the Marketing plan agreed upon with the brands.Design the launch plan presentation for the brands & present to management for approval.Collaborate & contribute with the team in Content Creation Planning.Guide Team to ensure effective engaging content & flawless execution.Events & Activation:Develop customer's engagement strategies in outlet and execute effectively.Bringing alive the spirit of the brand through 360-degree events, sponsorships, activations etc.Prepare quarterly/ half yearly/ yearly Event calendar, proposal and budget in coordination with brand and digital team.Guide team to manage and implement launch events like selection of the venue, production of the set-up, monitoring of the budget, guests list and PR releases to editors for the main launches.Offline Branding:Ensure for Effective branding activation (Bill board, signage etc) as per the different location.Digital Marketing:Lead & guide Digital team to set objectives, goals and strategies for season's campaign & communication.Ensure & review effective digital ROI report of each campaign and season & submit to management.CRM:Ensure, guide & assist Team members for proper customer database & develop new strategies to increase the base.Implement customer engagement strategies by collaboration of cross functional teams like Sales.Ensure dynamic reporting by analyzing customer data, support & service & present management time to time along with way forward plan.PR:Formulate PR plans & strategies.Enhance Brand's voice & presence through online & offline Channels.Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors.Ensure Effective PR management with latest PR trends & best practice.Coordinate and negotiate with the magazines to get PR coverage including Ads and advertorial.Budget Management:Prepare marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds effectively.Guide concern Team to ensure effective utilization of budget.Dept. Budget/Expense report generate monthly & forecast future utilization effectively.Analyze the marketing campaigns by brand and prepare a detailed report after the execution of the activities.Dynamic Report:Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.Review seasonal, monthly and campaign based digital performance reports of all Channels and submit to management with future suggestions.Educational RequirementsSkills Required: Digital Marketing (Social Media Marketing), SEO and Digital MarketingExperience Requirements3 to 5 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Real EstateJob LocationDhaka
