Pay: £27,500.00 per yearJob Description:We’re looking for a proactive and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team. This role will support the delivery of engaging, data-driven campaigns across multiple brands, helping to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions through digital channels. The ideal candidate will be confident managing digital content, analysing performance, and contributing fresh ideas to enhance brand presence.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple brands, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Analyse and report on campaign performance using data tools, providing actionable insights and recommendations.Build, test, and schedule marketing emails to support campaign activity across brands.Create, publish, and manage engaging content for social media channels, maintaining brand consistency and tone of voice.Monitor and record social and email performance metrics, providing regular updates to key stakeholders.Write compelling, on-brand copy for a range of digital touchpoints, ensuring each aligns with the respective brand’s tone of voice.Skills & ExperienceEssential:1-2 years’ experience in a digital marketing role (agency or in-house).Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, including content, social, and email marketing.Strong copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).Experience using content management systems and automated marketing tools (e.g. Dotdigital, MailChimp, SocialPilot).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent organisational and time management abilities.Analytical mindset with confidence in interpreting data and identifying trends.Desirable:Experience creating or briefing visual content for digital campaigns.Familiarity with paid social or Google Ads.Understanding of current digital trends and emerging platforms.Personal AttributesOrganised & proactive: Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.Curious & creative: Passionate about exploring new trends, formats, and opportunities to improve performance.Collaborative: Works well within a team and across departments to deliver shared goals.Results-driven: Motivated by delivering measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.BenefitsFull-time permanent role, based in Blackpool with hybrid flexibility (up to 3 days remote).Some evening and overnight travel required.Company pension scheme and sick pay.Regular staff socials and collaborative team culture.Opportunity to grow within a fast-paced marketing and media team.Annual bonus scheme.For more information or any questions about this role please email jason@barcadia.media.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentWork Location: Hybrid in Blackpool FY1 1BA
