Our teams combine strategy, technology, and execution to deliver measurable business outcomes.Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Expert to lead and execute performance-driven marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is strategic, analytical, and creative — capable of managing the full marketing funnel from concept to conversion, while ensuring alignment with global growth objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other channels.Create, monitor, and optimize paid ads to achieve performance targets (CPC, CPA, ROI).Lead on SEO and SEM strategies to increase organic visibility and conversions.Manage email marketing workflows, landing pages, and remarketing initiatives.Analyze campaign performance and prepare actionable reports for management.Collaborate with content, creative, and sales teams to align messaging and audience targeting.Stay updated on digital trends, AI marketing tools, and emerging technologies.Requirements5+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or performance marketing.Proven success in managing budgets and optimizing campaigns for measurable ROI.Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.).Strong understanding of conversion tracking, A/B testing, and analytics.Experience with email automation platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar).Excellent communication, project management, and reporting skills.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Nice-to-HavesExperience managing international campaigns across multiple regions or languages.Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools (e.g., Jasper, ChatGPT, SurferSEO).Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for on-page optimization.Experience with LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, or programmatic advertising.Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot Marketing.What We OfferCompetitive compensation: 40,000 EGP Net / Month.Long-term collaboration under a consultant agreement.Remote-friendly work with flexible hours and international exposure.Opportunity to work with global brands and cutting-edge AI marketing tools.Continuous professional development and growth within a global environment.Equal OpportunityGrowAxis is committed to building an inclusive and innovative environment.
