Digital Marketing Intern

Your TasksWe are looking for a highly motivated Digital Marketing Intern to join Beiersdorf Italy’s Marketing Services Department in Milan.The hire will support the team of our Skin-care brands NIVEA, NIVEA MEN and Labello on the following activities: Support the management of digital channels (Paid Social, Search, and Programmatic): track key performance indicators (KPIs), review campaign settings on platforms, and summarize final results. Collaborate with the category marketing team to check digital campaign assets, tracking URLs, and asset taxonomy. Analyze and report on campaign performance , identifying potential issues and suggesting optimization strategies. Assist in the development and review of social media PEDs for the company’s main social media platforms. Conduct website analysis to identify results, areas for improvement and flag potential issues Your ProfileWe are looking for a candidate with the following education, experiences and skills: BA/MA Degree in Economics, Communication, Marketing, Digital Media ; Previous experiences in the digital field would be a plus (preferably from consultancy, large companies or media agency); Previous experience in the Cosmetics field would be a plus. Strong analytical skills , with particular focus on data analysis and knowledge of tools such as Excel, Google Sheets etc. Interpersonal skills : proactivity with a positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, organizational skills, adaptability, flexibility, and a strong sense of responsibility. Knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, DV360, Facebook Business Manager, TikTok Ads, and Amazon Marketing Services is a plus . Languages : fluency in both Italian and English.
