If you're eager to learn and want to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, multi-channel digital environment, this opportunity is for you!Qualifications:3rd or 4th year undergraduate students in Engineering, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fieldsStrong command of written and spoken EnglishProficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Basic understanding of digital platforms (web, app, chatbot, SEO)Strong organizational and analytical skillsWillingness to learn and collaborate across departmentsJob Description:Assist in visual and content updates on bydauto.com.tr and dealer websitesSupport sprint planning and coordination with software agenciesContribute to SEO projects, blog content creation, and cookie managementHelp prepare and update product pages, price lists, and technical brochuresParticipate in A/B testing and improvement planningSupport chatbot content accuracy, flow improvements, and fallback analysisAssist in app reporting, localization, and documentation effortsHelp execute digital communication actions such as pop-ups, push notifications, emailing, and SMSSupport dealer onboarding processes and digital dealer engagementContribute to digital screen content management and activation at dealershipsContribute to the facilitating call center communication and coordination regarding the digital experience
