Interns will receive a monthly Communication Allowance.About AdainAcara: AdainAcara is a pioneer and trusted event vendors marketplace in Indonesia. Our mission is to provide "all-in-one" solutions for event planning through technological innovation, price, and portfolio transparency by our vendor partners as merchants in our platform. What You Will Do (Responsibilities):Social Media Optimization: Manage and optimize organic and paid promotions across META (Instagram/Facebook), TikTok, Google platforms, and etc. Content Creation: Produce high-quality visual content, including static images and motion/video content (Reels/TikToks).Creative Research: Actively research trends and creative ideasB2B Lead Sourcing: Sourcing and building an online database of event vendors information to support the sales team. Manage our analytic tools to generate traffic reports to our internal team.What We Are Looking For (Requirements):Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree (DKV, Creative Multimedia, or Marketing).Proficiency in design and video editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.), including AI tools.Analytical mindset to understand digital ad performance (CPC/CPM metrics).Deep knowledge of current TikTok and Instagram trends in the Indonesian market.
