BYD Korea is seeking a digital marketing specialist who can lead end-to-end digital campaign execution, manage social media channels, develop visual content with design partners, and connect lead-generation to retail sales funnel. This role will drive both performance and brand experience across all digital touchpoints.[Key Responsibilities]Digital Campaign Management (Performance Media)Execute paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, and programmatic channelsOptimize for ROI using KPIs like CTR, CVR, CPA, and ROASPlan and evaluate A/B test results and creative performanceSocial Media & Content OperationsManage and grow official channels (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)Develop content calendars, community engagement content, and branded postsLead creative ideation aligned with channel trendsCreative & Visual Execution SupportProvide creative direction for ad banners, landing pages, POSMs, and sales toolsCollaborate with agencies and internal teams using Figma/Canva/PhotoshopRetail Marketing CollaborationBuild end-to-end funnels from ad clicks to test drive bookingsWork with retail marketers to integrate media and dealer-level activitiesTrend Monitoring & InnovationTrack industry shifts including AI tools, short-form video, CRM targetingApply modern marketing stack for performance and engagementProject Ownership & Agency CollaborationLead cross-team and agency projects for seasonal or launch-based campaignsEnsure brand consistency, cost-efficiency, and clear delivery timelines[Requirements]5+ years of hands-on experience in digital/performance marketingStrong command of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics toolsDesign literacy in creative tools (Photoshop, Figma, Canva preferred)Experience in managing agency relationships and retail collaborationStrong analytical and communication skills (Korean/English bilingual preferred)Highly collaborative, trend-sensitive, and results-oriented mindset
