Red Lime Solutions is looking for Digital Marketing ManagerJob Description / ResponsibilityLocation: Dhaka, Bangladesh (On-site)Department: Marketing & GrowthExperience Level: Senior (5+ Years)About the RoleRedlime Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and growth-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to spearhead digital strategy and performance marketing for Dosevana – our rapidly growing telehealth brand revolutionizing the wellness and longevity space across the U.S.The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, preferably with agency experience, and has a proven record of scaling SaaS or software-driven businesses through paid media, analytics, and automation.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Growth LeadershipDevelop and execute multi-channel digital strategies to drive customer acquisition, conversions, and brand visibility for Dosevana.Define and own key metrics (ROI, CAC, LTV) to ensure sustainable growth and maximum marketing impact.Paid Media ManagementPlan, manage, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) campaigns to meet performance targets.Experience with Programmatic Advertising and LinkedIn Ads is a strong advantage.Performance Analytics & OptimizationLead the end-to-end analytics process – from campaign setup to detailed performance reporting.Monitor and analyze marketing KPIs (CPA, CTR, Conversion Rate) and continuously A/B test creatives, audiences, and funnels.Platform & Data IntegrationEnsure seamless setup and integration of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Tag Manager, and CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).Establish data-driven attribution models for accurate tracking of lead sources and conversion paths.Content, SEO & CollaborationCollaborate with content, creative, and product teams to deliver high-quality, conversion-oriented campaigns.Oversee SEO strategy, ensuring all digital activities support organic growth and content visibility.Cross-Team AlignmentWork closely with the Sales, Engineering, and Product teams to synchronize marketing initiatives with company-wide objectives and product launches.Educational RequirementsBachelor/HonorsMastersBachelor’s or Master’s degree (UGC approved) in Marketing, Computer Science/Engineering (CSE), or related field.Experience RequirementsAt least 4 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Software Company,IT Enabled ServiceAdditional RequirementsExperience: Minimum 4+ years of progressive experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in an agency or SaaS/software environment.Technical Expertise: Proven track record in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and data-based performance optimization.Data & CRM Proficiency: Strong understanding of Analytics Platforms, CRM systems, and end-to-end data integration for marketing insights.Communication Skills: Excellent command of spoken and written English for global communication and content collaboration.Mindset: Strategic thinker, hands-on executor, and results-driven professional passionate about growth, technology, and healthcare innovation.Job LocationDhakaSalaryTk. 80000 - 120000 (Monthly)
