Job Description

Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & Client Acquisition (40%)Drive new client acquisition for the agency by identifying and approaching potential brands, companies, and partners.Generate leads through networking, referrals, outbound outreach, and digital channels.Prepare and deliver proposals, pitches, and tailored marketing solutions to potential clients.Negotiate contracts, finalize service agreements, and oversee onboarding of new clients.Work closely with management to set and achieve revenue targets, ensuring steady growth of the agency’s portfolio.Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and provide regular updates on progress to management.2. Client Servicing & Account Management (40%)Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring high-quality service and satisfaction.Build long-term relationships by understanding client needs and aligning agency solutions to support their goals.Handle escalations and resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.Monitor project milestones and ensure deliverables are met on time and within scope.Conduct regular check-ins to identify upselling opportunities and additional service needs.Provide reporting and performance forecasts to senior management.3. Digital Marketing Execution & Team Collaboration (20%)Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, Telegram etc.).Support the development of campaign strategies and creative concepts with internal teams.Conduct research and experiment with new digital tools (including AI) to enhance marketing performance.Collaborate with internal marketing, IT, and creative teams to ensure seamless service delivery.Share client insights and feedback with internal teams to optimize campaign performance.Foster teamwork and communication across departments to ensure client success.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.5–8 years of experience in business development within the marketing industry.Strong knowledge of marketing strategies and digital tools (e.g., Google Ads, SEO, social media).Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Proven ability to acquire new clients, grow existing accounts, and hit revenue targets.Ability to thrive in a remote-first environment with strong self-management skills.Results-driven with a demonstrated track record of agency growth.Extra BenefitsWork From Home: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PMPaid Leave: Public holidays & annual leave entitlementsStability: Established & growing company since 2015Year-End Bonus & IncrementsAttractive Commission
