At Ghost Sherpa, we’re looking for exceptional talent to join our growing team and contribute to exciting, high-impact projects.If you’re a Digital Marketing Manager, and you have solid experience in these areas, we’d love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities1- Campaign Strategy and Management:Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including search engines, social media, display advertising and programmatic media.Collaborate to align campaign strategies with client goals and objectives.Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results and maxime ROI.2- Performance Analysis and Reporting:Utilize advanced analytics tools to track, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign effectiveness.Work with the team to provide regular, detailed performance reports to clients and stakeholders, highlighting insights and recommendations for improvement.3- Budget Management:Manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve the best possible outcomes. Monitor spend and adjust strategies as needed to stay within budget while delivering optimal results.4-Innovation and Trend Analysis:Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.Identify and implement innovative strategies.5-Team Collaboration:Work Closely with cross-functional teams.Mentor and support junior team members, foresting a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.Qualifications5+ year experience working in digital marketing, with a focus on biddable media (PPC, display, programmatic).Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns and delivering measurable results.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytical tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong experience in effectively managing multiple projects and deadlines.Experience with ASANA is highly preferred.Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus.Work Schedule:Part-time: Availability to work 10-15 hours per week at MST US.
