We partner with elite plastic surgeons, dermatologists, medical spas, and aesthetic brands across North America and internationally to help them scale through strategy, storytelling, and performance.We don’t just manage campaigns — we build powerful, data-driven ecosystems that transform attention into measurable growth.As we continue to expand, we’re seeking an experienced and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital division and drive high-performing ad, SEO, and lead generation strategies across our portfolio of clients.About the RoleThe Digital Marketing Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of all digital performance initiatives across paid media, SEO, and lead generation. This role is both strategic and analytical — perfect for someone who thrives on using data to drive creative, results-oriented campaigns.You’ll manage our internal paid advertising and SEO teams, guiding them to create, test, and scale campaigns that deliver real ROI for our clients. You’ll also collaborate closely with our Brand & Content Marketing team to ensure full-funnel integration — from paid awareness to organic engagement, lead nurturing, conversion, and retention.This is a leadership role within the agency, critical to ensuring that every campaign we deliver is optimized for performance, scalability, and profitability.Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Strategy & LeadershipDevelop and oversee multi-channel digital strategies for our clients, encompassing paid ads (Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn), SEO, and conversion funnels.Lead and mentor the digital team, including the Paid Ad Specialist and SEO Specialist, ensuring campaigns are aligned with client goals and performance KPIs.Collaborate with the Brand & Content Marketing team to unify paid and organic strategies into cohesive, high-converting campaigns.Translate client business goals into actionable marketing funnels — awareness, consideration, conversion, and retention.Paid Advertising & Lead GenerationOversee all paid ad initiatives across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn, ensuring strong ROI, efficient budget allocation, and audience segmentation.Build and refine lead generation systems, including landing pages, form flows, automated email/SMS nurturing, and retargeting sequences.Manage and optimize ad creatives, messaging, and targeting to reduce CPL (Cost per Lead) and increase lead quality.Oversee A/B testing, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.SEO & Organic VisibilityGuide SEO strategy, including on-page optimization, local search, backlinks, and content planning for visibility in high-intent searches.Analyze website performance, search rankings, and user experience metrics to inform strategic improvements.Collaborate with the web and content teams to ensure SEO best practices are applied across all digital assets.Funnel Optimization & Data AnalyticsOwn the entire marketing funnel, from paid acquisition through nurturing and conversion, ensuring a seamless experience.Oversee CRM integrations, email/SMS automation, and tracking systems to measure performance and lifetime value.Develop and maintain reporting dashboards to measure key KPIs (ROAS, CPL, CAC, CTR, conversion rates, etc.).Provide regular insights, recommendations, and strategies to clients and leadership based on campaign data.Collaboration & CommunicationWork cross-functionally with design, content, and strategy teams to align creative and messaging with performance insights.Present performance reports and campaign strategies to clients in a clear, data-backed, and visually engaging format.Stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm updates, and platform innovations to ensure clients remain competitive.Qualifications5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid advertising, lead generation, and SEO strategy.Proven track record of managing successful multi-channel campaigns with measurable ROI.Deep understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.).Strong grasp of funnel design, conversion tracking, and automation systems (HubSpot, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, or similar).Analytical mindset with proficiency in interpreting data and making data-driven decisions.Experience managing and mentoring a small digital team.Excellent communication and presentation skills — ability to translate complex data into clear, strategic insights.Experience within the medical aesthetics, plastic surgery, or healthcare marketing space is a major asset.You’ll Thrive Here If YouAre both strategic and hands-on — you love diving into data but can also see the bigger picture.Thrive in a fast-paced, creative, and high-performance agency environment.Are a problem-solver who anticipates challenges and brings proactive solutions.Understand how to align creative, technology, and performance for scalable growth.Have a genuine passion for helping aesthetic practices grow and succeed.Why Join Skinfluence MarketingWork with industry leaders in the aesthetic and plastic surgery space across North America.Collaborate with a creative, data-driven, and supportive team of experts.Opportunity to shape the digital department and influence high-impact campaigns.A culture that values innovation, collaboration, and measurable success.Ready to lead digital strategy for some of the most elite brands in aesthetics?Apply now and help us continue transforming the business of beauty — one campaign at a time.
