Digital Marketing Manager, Wealth Management – City 22660£55,000 - £65,000 + benefitsAre you a digital marketing professional with proven experience in email marketing, social media campaigns, and using martech tools?Do you have strong project and campaign management experience, and strong stakeholder management skills?Are you analytical and commercially minded, with the ability to interpret data and apply insights?Do you work well under pressure? Are you used to the pace and demands of the financial services industry?Our client is a City-based Wealth Manager looking for a collaborative team player with a proactive and solutions-focused approach, to lead their day-to-day digital marketing activities.What you’ll be doing day to day:Leading the planning, execution and optimisation of email and nurture programmes and campaignsOwning the segmentation, design, testing, and deployment of email journeys aligned to business goalsMonitoring and reporting on campaign performance, providing insights to improve engagement and conversionContributing to strategic planning for digital marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectivesSupporting the digital team and external agencies with reporting and analytics across digital channelsCollaborating with the wider digital and marketing team to support website content updates, social media scheduling, and campaign executionWorking with internal stakeholders and external agencies to develop compelling messagingManaging relationships with third-party agencies, ensuring delivery to time, quality and budgetEnsuring all marketing activity adheres to brand guidelines, compliance standards and regulatory requirementsSharing knowledge and contributing to upskilling across the marketing teamProactively developing knowledge of the industry and the marketUndertaking and recording relevant Continuous Professional Development (CPD) to develop knowledge and skillsThe skills and experience you need to bring:5 years + digital marketing experience – both strategy and executionExperience in campaign performance analysis and reporting, with a data-led mindsetFamiliar with digital marketing channels including web, social and paid mediaAbility to collaborate effectively across internal teams and contribute to shared initiativesExperience working with creative and media agencies to deliver high-quality marketing outputsHighly proficient in Salesforce Account Engagement/Pardot ideally (or similar)Experience of marketing within a regulated industry, ideally financial servicesUnderstanding of the role of compliance and legal in campaign approvals and content governanceOrganised with excellent time managementExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency
