Digital Marketing ManagerAt X-Identity, we don’t see marketing as a collection of posts or campaigns, it’s how we tell our story, connect with our audiences, and grow through creativity and strategy. We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who can think beyond content calendars and see the full ecosystem: brand identity, communication flow, audience engagement, and growth.This is a role for someone who combines strategic vision with creative execution. You’ll oversee how our brand shows up across digital platforms, plan campaigns that align with our Studio Vision, and make sure the communication feels consistent, meaningful, and human.What you’ll doDevelop and lead our digital marketing strategy across all channels (social media, website, newsletters, campaigns, etc.).Manage content creation, from idea to execution, ensuring visuals, tone, and messaging reflect who we are as a studio.Work closely with internal teams to align marketing with ongoing projects, partnerships, and studio goals.Monitor performance metrics, understand what’s working (and what’s not), and translate insights into actions.Keep the digital presence fresh, cohesive, and visually aligned with X-Identity’s creative standards.Explore new ways to reach and engage our audiences through storytelling, design, and technology.Who you areYou think macro and act with intention.
