Job Description

We're looking for a Performance Marketing ninja who has a strong grasp of current paid marketing platforms and strategies to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. This role involves analysing campaign data, aligning client objectives, digital media planning & buying, and executing paid digital marketing strategies. This includes multi-chanel digital media buys, lead generation, campaign performance monitoring, optimisation and reporting.ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute all performance marketing campaigns, including SEM, Google Discovery, marketing database, email, social media, search and display advertising campaigns Strategise omni-channel campaigns to meet client business objectives including lead generation, conversions and awarenessMeasure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) Identify trends, formulate insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights gathered Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies for digital led campaignsPlan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests Collaborate with internal teams to create web, mobile and social integrated solutions to maximise campaign performance & conversionsUtilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points Instrument conversion points and optimise user funnels Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriateQualifications & RequirementsBS/MS degree in marketing or a related fieldSPM (or equivalent) distinction (A) in Mathematics at minimumProven working experience in digital marketing and digital media buys is a plusFresh grads with excellent academic record and attitude are welcomedDemonstrable experience leading and managing SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate Experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics & Heat Map tools) Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g. Meta Ad Manager, Google Adwords, LinkedIn Ad Manager and other Ad serving networks) is a plus.Experience in setting up and optimising paid digital campaigns. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
