Digital Marketing & Social Media SpecialistCo. Kildare | Hybrid (3 days in office)We’re partnering with a well-established Irish retail and eCommerce brand to find a Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist to join their growing marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on, creative marketer who loves driving engagement, traffic, and sales through impactful digital campaigns and storytelling.About the RoleIn this role, you’ll manage all digital marketing activity across multiple consumer brands — with a strong focus on social media, video content, CRM, and email marketing. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and manage an external media agency to deliver ROI-driven campaigns that build brand awareness, drive website traffic, and grow customer loyalty.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute digital campaigns across social, email, and web to increase engagement and conversions.Plan and manage a content calendar — creating and commissioning engaging video and photo content for social platforms.Lead the creation of performance content that brings the brand to life and supports seasonal promotions.Manage CRM and email marketing activity, ensuring personalised, data-led campaigns that drive repeat business.Use analytics tools (e.g. GA4, Klaviyo, Shopify) to measure performance and optimise campaigns.Manage relationships with creative and media agencies to ensure best-in-class performance and brand alignment.Partner with the wider marketing and eCommerce teams to align messaging, campaigns, and promotional activity.About You4–6 years’ experience in digital marketing, ideally in retail, lifestyle, or consumer brands.Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and video storytelling.Strong knowledge of email marketing, CRM, and website traffic optimisation.Proficient in GA4, Klaviyo, Shopify, Canva (or similar tools).A creative thinker with a commercial mindset — comfortable using insights to inform strategy.Confident communicator, collaborative, and passionate about connecting with customers through authentic content.
