This is a remote position. Philippine-based Filipino applicants. An exciting opportunity exists to work with a dynamic Australian Winery company as an experienced, vibrant, and high-energy Digital Marketing EDM Admin Assistant. Reporting to the Director and collaborating with the team, you will be a self-starting, highly organised professional with strong experience in creating and managing lead generation, lead nurturing strategy, EDM design, and landing page development. You will thrive in a virtual environment, demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, and consistently deliver high-quality, accurate work. Key Responsibilities: Marketing Responsibilities (70%) Create individualised PDF product brochures for agents (SBWT & Adelaide Insider), including rates Develop and maintain lead capture flows for websites Design and write EDMs Design and write content for lead nurturing landing pages – WordPress, MailChimp *designing skills are required Utilise PowerPoint, Excel, Canva, WordPress, and Google Suite to support marketing tasks Ensure all marketing materials are accurate, professional, and consistent Website (Ideal but not required) Copy/edit content for the new US website (Small Batch Wine Tours) Assist in developing the new brand website (Adelaide Insider Private Tours) General Admin Duties (30%) Handle incoming agent booking requests, amendments, and reconfirmations via email Process outgoing winery and restaurant bookings Manage bookings across multiple staff calendars and itineraries Manage incoming direct customer reservations Respond to incoming customer email enquiries Maintain accurate records and documentation using Google Suite Ad hoc tasks as needed Requirements Degree qualified (preferred) Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in the following tools and software: Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Google Suite OneDrive Canva WordPress (required) WP Bakery, Elementor (nice to have) Strong experience in: Creating and managing lead generation and nurturing strategies Designing and writing EDMs Designing and writing landing pages Graphic design Experience in data entry, document creation, and general admin (preferred) Highly proactive, results-driven, efficient, and process-oriented Strong task and time management skills Excellent customer service skills Exceptional attention to detail Work Environment & Expectations While this is a work-from-home position, it is important to note that this is a full-time role—not a freelance or flexible-hour arrangement. You will be expected to work a fixed shift and maintain a high level of professionalism and accountability, just as you would in an office environment. ✅ This role requires: • Discipline and commitment to set working hours (strict shift times, not flexible) • Use of time tracking software during work hours • Active participation in team and client calls with your camera ON • Consistent availability and responsiveness throughout your shift • Treating this as a long-term, full-time job—not a side gig or freelance task ⏱ Payroll is processed bi-monthly. Benefits Monthly Salary: Php35,000 Salary will be paid on a bi-monthly basis on the 15th and 30th or 31st of each month You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippines public holidays Probation: 6 months and after Probation 10 days annual leave credits 5 days of sick leave HMO Offered after 6-month probation 13th Month Pay after 30 days Annual Salary Review Laptop provided after 30 days Permanent work-from-home role. You will have to use your own internet. SHIFT TIMES: 9 AM to 6 PM Philippine time, Monday to Friday
