Job Description
ResponsibilitiesDevelop digital content activity plans across all platforms (Social Media & Website), considering target audiences and trends to align with brand needs, enhance engagement, boost awareness, and attract new customers.Research and identify potential Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) across multiple digital platforms and business units to represent brand, recommending suitable KOLs for each campaign.Conduct competitor analysis on paid media to help the business unit remain competitive in the industry.Regularly update articles with strategic business unit events and industry trends, ensuring content stays relevant, engaging, and up-to-date.Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.Execute approved plans according to timelines and guidelines, including creating promotional videos and crafting compelling copywriting to attract customers and ensure effective communication.Represent the brand during live sessions or social media content creation when necessary.Monitor and analyze the performance of ads, KOL engagements, and content, generating reports to optimize digital ad performance.RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Marketing Communication, Public Relations, or Business Management.1–2 years of experience in Social Media, Digital Marketing, or KOL Management.Experience with or knowledge of digital advertising.Experience with Social Media Management and Content Creation.Proficient in Social Media Management, Content Creation, KOL Management, and Digital Advertising (Instagram Ads, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads).
