As we scale and evolve, we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who shares our ambition to lead, grow, and make a real impact.What You’ll Do:As a Digital Marketing Specialist at bookdialysis.com, you’ll play a hands-on role in bringing our brand to life across digital channels. You’ll create compelling content, execute campaigns, and support the growth of our online presence - all with a good balance of creativity and performance focus.·       Write, design, and publish original content for social media, newsletters, blog posts, and landing pages.·       Plan and run digital campaigns across channels (organic and paid), including Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.·       Take ownership of our content calendar, ensuring consistent messaging and brand tone.·       Monitor key metrics (traffic, engagement, conversions) and contribute to performance reports.·       Support SEO by creating optimised content that drives visibility and value.·       Stay up to date with trends in digital marketing, content creation, and audience engagement.·       Bring fresh ideas to the table and help us test, learn, and improve continuously.You'll have the space to own the creative process - from idea to execution - with support from a collaborative and enthusiastic team.About You:You hold a BSc in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field, and have excellent command of English as a working language.You have 2–4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or a similar role, working across social media / email / content platforms.You are confident creating content independently -from writing to basic design - using tools like Canva, and you're comfortable experimenting with AI-assisted tools to support your creative process.You understand key digital metrics (traffic / engagement / conversions), SEO principles, and how to interpret performance data to inform your next move.You have experience publishing and managing content across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google, and using scheduling tools to plan and optimise posts.You’re a strong communicator, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks without losing sight of deadlines or quality.You’re curious, creative, and always exploring new ways to connect with audiences through content You’re proactive and solution-oriented — ready to take ownership of your work in a small, fast-moving team.
